Eggs over Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

Ezekiel English Muffin
1/2 avocado
2 organic eggs

Directions:
Toast Ezekiel Muffin,  Fry two eggs, Mash avocado with a fork.  Add avocado to the muffin.  Top with the eggs!
